STA can not gain ip address

Edited by Levy at 2018-3-30 16:25 In my deployment, I found that STA can not gain ip address, what should I do ? my envirnment is very simple, only one ap in fat mode, and wants to suffer the internet. |

Troubleshooting Steps (1)Check whether the manually configured IP address can ping the gateway. (2)Check whether the DHCP configuration is correct. (3)Check whether the IP addresses have been used up. (4)Check whether the DHCP packet is filtered out (dhcpsnooping is enabled but notrust port is set). (5)Check whether the AP has been updated to the latest version. (6)Try to enable data-plane wireless-broadcast enable. (7)Check whether the wireless signal is weak. (8)Update the NIC driver. |
