I have a setup with a EW1200 that is running as a wired repeater, works great.
When i add devices to Intranet Access via the mobile app i can not start the access.
if i go to Reyee Cloud online, then it works fine.

I guess this is a bug in the mobile app?

The error is something with a missing Gateway, but that makes no sense since it works when i logon to the cloud via browser?

If it works one place why doesnt it work the other, its the same function.

I have tested that EW can be accessed directly on the Cloud APP. Could you please send me the screenshot of this phenomenon.

If possible, check the APP version and reinstall the APP.

here is the screenshot of the error on the phone app:



My Customer asked a live chat person about this and his answer was that its becuase that there is no gateway, but why does it work online then?
Tbh i dont think that answer is correct....

I can not share this sadly, i just tested on another network with a new EW1200 and its the same error.
Im 100% sure this is a bug that happens everytime you use a EW router as a repeater.
i am sure you can reproduce it at your site

I tested it on clolud APP and did not report this error. If convenient, please provide network information and device information.
