1. The iportal web authentication page cannot be redirected to. (1) Communication between the STA and the AC:The STA shall be able to learn the MAC address of the gateway. Run the http redirect direct-arp command toconfigure the direct communication ARP. (2) The iPortal listens to the Port8081 by default. The http redirect port8081 command must be run on the AC. (1) If the communication between the AC and the RADIUS server fails, check whether the routes aredifferent because multiple IP addresses are set for the RADIUS server. (2) No AC is added in the RADIUS server.Check whether the AC is added by SAM. (3) The RADIUS key configuration isinconsistent. Check whether the SAM is added to the AC for more than two times(the IP address of the uplink interface of the AC is added). (4) The proxy is enabled forthe Internet Explorer but the iPortal does not support the proxy. Disable the proxy of the Internet Explorer. |
