switch management ip change problem

Dear Support,i've a network with ES208GC and NBS3100-8GT2SFP switches, there's a dhcp on this lan, but i use fix ip addresses for every reyee switch.yesterday i added a new ES208GC to the network, it got ip from dhcp, than i tried to set fix ip to this device but i cannot..When i click to Save, nothing happened.This ES208GC has the same version of the other ES208GC at my network.    Firmware Version:ESW_1.0(1)B1P27,Release(11131015) At that time i'm only use the default vlan1, and all settings the same in switches. What can be the problem?UPDATE: i've tested all my ES208GC and the Save function not working! It can be a bug?

Yes, you are correct.



If the P27 version of  ES205C-P, ES205GC-P, ES209C-P, ES209GC-P, ES205GC, ES206GC-P, ES208GC, ES210GC-LP, ES210GS-P, FS306-D, FS306-P, ES206GS-P switch is used, there is no response when you enter the IP Setting screen to change DNS or IP from DHCP to static Settings.

1.This phenomenon only appears on the English interface, and the change is normal when you switch to Chinese. You can help customers make changes on the Chinese interface, and then switch the page language back to English after the change

2. This phenomenon only appears in ESW 1.0(1)B1P27,Release(11131015) version ESW_1 0(1)B1P21 or older versions can use this function

Final plan:The June release will address this issue.

Today ive tested, and none ot them can save any ip settings.

i found the "resolution", you can change the web gui languange to Chinese and i can set the fix ip address, then Save is pressable So it's a bug.
