What can I do if I fail to log in to the eWeb management system of Reyee EST series?

(1) Check that the network cable is properly connected to the LAN port of the device and that the corresponding LED indicator blinks or is steady on
(2) Please follow this guide How to log in to Reyee EST series device?

to log in to the device. It is suggested to connect to the EST default wireless SSID and log in with the default IP address.
(3) Run the ping command to test the connectivity between the PC and the device.
(4) If the fault persists, restore the device to factory settings.
(5) If the problem is still unsolvable, you may start a Live Chat with our Support Engineer for assistance: Ruijie Support
