Switch RG-ES226GC-P Cloud Offline But connected LAN

I have the RG-ES226GC-P switch connected to the LAN, and both of the access points are connected to the switch. Both access points are receiving internet, but the switch is not. I have updated the firmware to the latest version, but the issue persists. I started to hate this brand |
