1). Check if the PD device (like AP, IPC, and so on) supports 802.3 af/at or not. 2). Check if the PoE Transit Power is enough on the Reyee NBS switch. 3). Check the PoE power supply line sequence, which will be 1236 or 4578. If the line sequence isn't the same, the NBS switch can't power the PD device. 4). Replace network cables between Reyee NBS switch and PD device for a test. 5). Change the PoE port between Reyee NBS switch and PD device to see whether other ports are normal or not. 6). Use other same model Reyee NBS switch to test with your PD device, check whether this issue happens on every NBS switch or not. 7). Reset the faulty Reyee NBS switch to see if it will become normal. 8). When this is a hardware issue, then you may contact our ASP Partner who sold this device to you for a new replacement if the device is still under warranty. |
