Wifi Issues

Good Day i have 2 laptops in the office that gets half signal even when the laptop is under the AP. We have 2 users using the same laptop Model the other one gets 800mbps when running a speed test and the other one gets 2mbps both connected to the same wifi. Kindly assist me |

Could you plz test the network speed using hotspot from a phone to see if there is any difference between the 2 laptops? This difference is about the laptop, you can use software to optimize and update it to make it the same as the normal one to speed up. |
