AP Roaming will lost connection

Hi:
AP model: AP820-L(V2) / AP820-L(V3), Roaming configure L3 disable, al
l device already upgrade to last version


the AI Roaming page disaply:

Devices in the current project do not support KV Roaming. To enable KV Roaming, upgrade Reyee gigabit APs (excluding RAP1200(P))to ReyeeOS 1.219 or a later version.

Scenario description:
1. connect on AP1 then move to AP2 area, signal is full, connection still active but no Packet flow can passthrough
2. leave the AP signal coverage, once back to signal coverage can't auto connect back to SSID, need to manual clean the connection session then manual connect again
3. if located at middle of two AP device, it's will encounter both scenario 1 & 2

please be advise, what's wrong with this, there is no new firmware
for above model AP to upgrade
how are we going to resolve this problem?
