Can I downgrade firmware RG-AP840-I from AP RGOS 11.9(6)W1B1 to AP RGOS 11.9(6)B1 ? |

Dear sir May I know why you need to downgrade it? Do you encounter any issues with the current firmware version? It is recommended to use the latest firmware version for the AP for stable use. Best regards Jenny |
GTAC-Jenny replied at 2023-9-11 17:11 We have trouble to connect 3rd party captive portal, in this case we used google captive portal. If we use RG-AP840-I with AP RGOS 11.9(6)W1B1 firmware need some minutes delay to connect to captive portal but if we use RG-AP840-I with AP RGOS 11.9(6)B1 firmware no delay connect to captive portal. Any suggestions to our problems ? |
