Hi, I have some RG-ES209GC-P switches. I prepared and configured few of them in my workshop and the system prompt me for an upgrade from ESW_1.0(1)B1P3,Release(07200415) to ESW_1.0(1)B1P21,Release(10201010), then I link them to the networkwide management. For the rest of them, which are still in ESW_1.0(1)B1P3,Release(07200415) , I linked to the networkwide management (Master switch) and configured them in the same time. however, when I try to access to them on the unified console from the master, it prompt me to connect to directly to the IP address of the switch to perform the upgrade. But on the upgrade page, it's said that I run the latest version. Also, I could not download the firmware online, there are no firmware available for RG-ES209GC-P to do it manually. How can I upgrade them? without loosing configuration or moving around every equipments around the buildings? Do you know where I can find the firmware ESW_1.0(1)B1P21,Release(10201010) for RG-ES209GC-P? Kind Regards, |
