Dear Support Team, Good day to you ! is there Anyway to Check why RG-EW3200GX PRO device pairing is disconnected after used for 5 months? My customer is using 3 unit RG-EW3200GX PRO which working normally for 5 months ! But suddenly 2nd & 3rd Unit of RG-EW3200GX PRO device pairing is disconnected yesterday ! I like anyway to check why it device pairing is disconnected ! All the 3 unit is using ReyeeOS 1.219.1821 Firmware! could you please assist ! thank you |
Dear: can you help us with the following please: 1. what is the distance between the Main mesh Router and 2nd and 3rd Mesh Routers? Try to get closer to the principal router mesh to check whether can reconnect. 2. If step 1 is done and the disconnected status remains, Have you tried to use a LAN cable to reconnect again each home router and then unplug it to see whether can recover the wireless mesh status? 3. If none of the steps before can help to reconnect, please do a reset on each router and create the mesh again. Let us know the result. Regards, Javier |
