May I know the EAP uplink router device model and whether there are other Reyee devices can be online on cloud in the same network? Please help check whether the port tcp80 and tcp443 has been allowed in your network.

May I know have you checked whether the corresponding ports: tcp80 and tcp443 are allowed in your network? If the problem still exists after you check the ports, we may need to remote to further check this issue. Please help connect your pc to the same network with the RAP and use this ping test tool:
to further confirm whether the corresponding domain ports are allowed to pass through your network actually.
