How to enable data quota and account-based bandwidth limit?

How do you enable data quota and account based/package based bandwidth limit on RG-EG210G-E and EG105GW?

I am really having a hard time configuring one because data quota is not available on my dashboard; unlike the one in the documentation.

if the data quota is supported is depended on the ruijie AP. currently only ruijie AP can support data quota:
