Start from Jan 2024, EW1200 always back to 10.44.77.254 if getting blackout.

Starting in early 2024, I often experienced errors on the EW1200 series, where the IP was always back to 10.44.77.254 if getting blackout. The effect is that end users can still connect to the network but cannot access the internet because the router has the wrong IP. This happened in several different locations. 1 location consists of 5 EW1200 devices which are put into mesh mode. The temporary solution is to do a static IP and restart. But this is not a permanent solution, because if a power failure occurs, it will return to IP 10.44.77.254. This has been happening since the beginning of 2024. In the years I have used the EW1200, I have never had a problem like this. The firmware uses the latest fw ReyeeOS 1.219.1821. |
