Dear M Bima Utama, May I please know what AP devices are used for this project? Please make sure they are online on Ruijie Cloud and updated to the latest firmware versions. The WiFi Traffic Summary on Ruijie Cloud relies on the APs to upload the user traffic data periodically. Best regards, Jayden |
