VSU general limitations：
	1、40 port which is  divided into four ports does not support be as VSL link
	2、Do not use copper cable  group VSU for high-end chassis.
	3、The VSL port does not  support rate self-adaptation. Only the maximum rate of the port can take  effect. For example, a VSL link can be formed by a 10-GIGABit optical module,  but not by a 10-Gigabit optical module.
	4. The rates of the  interfaces at both ends of the VSL link must be consistent.
