What can I do if The AP is online but stuck on “Not Synced” status

There are several steps neededto be checked, the contents are shown as below:
Config Status

Device Firmware
Ensuredevices (AP and Switch)’s versions are up to date.
                              
Notes: Cloud configure Facebook Auth or external portal auth withHTTPS URL, this requires to upgrade AP firmware to B40P9 or later.
CWMP Configuration
Usecommand “show cwmp config” on device’s CLI and check whether the CWMP URL andCWMP Interval(180s) are correct.
Config Status
Goto MONITORING -> DEVICE ->Access Point, select the device which showingsynced fail, click “synced fail” to check the details.
Tosynchronize all configurations to the AP, please click Manually Deliver. If aconfiguration fails to be synchronized, please click in the Action column todeliver it again.
Ifabove steps cannot solve the problem, you can use command perform factory-resetfor testing.
Command:
AP(config)#apmfactory-reset
