It keeps disconnecting between the office and the branch every 7 days. and I checked the VPN connection settings and found that The office chose to use the settings from DDNS, where I set up the VPN connection. between branches with a Public IP address, so I can't be sure whether the problem is from the hardware or from the Cloud system.details as attachment, 1.VPN Configure through Public IP Address but HQ Domain Name try to synchronize with ddns alway. Dear atomh2r, Good day. The 'HQ domain name ' on the HQ router when configuring VPN is not necessary. If you've not enabled DDNS with the public ip address on NBR, the device would not automatically sync the DDNS domain from cloud. You may delete the parameter if the branch device is not using the domain to connect to our NBR HQ RD, David |
