can't upgrade or downgrade EW1200

hello, i can't seem to upgrade or downgrade RG-EW1200. can you help me ?

i already try to upgrade the firmware using that firmware and other version of the firmware on the site, and it always stay the same. is there anything anything else ? maybe using recovery method or other method ?

Dear echizen ryoma,

Downgrading the firmware for EW1200 could lead to unexpected error, we recommend upgrade it only. Could you show me the steps and prompts of upgrading EW1200 with the latest firmware version ReyeeOS 1.301.2324;EW_3.0(1)B11P301 ?  You may attach screenshot here.

yeah i try to downgrade just to see if the firmware can be changed, but the firmware is still the same whether i upgrade or downgrade
the steps i took are :

1. open the web setup 192.168.110.1
2. go to upgrade management and open local upgrade
3. and i select the firmware (old or new firmware)
4. waiting for the upgrade / downgrade to finish

the firmware

1. EW_3.0(1)B11P301_EW1200I_10232413_encrypto.tar.gz
2. EW_3.0(1)B11P219_EW1200I_10200109_encrypto.tar.gz
3. EW_3.0(1)B11P204_EW1200I_10153001_encrypto.tar.gz

there's no message about failure after it's done or when it was upgrading. the interface and the content is still the same without any change
it is still look like this with the software version still the same
