Hi,

I have problems accessing the Auth & Accounts -> User Management (Account & User Group) in Ruijie Cloud. All the accounts I had created were lost. But the account status appears. Likewise in the User Group, the entire configuration changes to 'NaN'. Is there any solution? My device is Ruijie EG105GW(T).

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issues you're experiencing with accessing the Auth & Accounts section in Ruijie Cloud.
To help us troubleshoot this problem effectively, could you please provide us with the current firmware version of your device, the Ruijie EG105GW(T)? If you are not on the latest firmware, we recommend upgrading to the latest version.

Additionally, please try creating new accounts on Ruijie Cloud and monitor if they get lost as well.

Hi David,
thank you for the quick response! yes, I am on the latest firmware version (ReyeeOS 2.280.0.1713). I've tried creating a new account. The number of accounts has increased but they are not on the list like other accounts. What should I do? Btw the portal page on the captive portal is also missing.
