API for cloud connect 3rd party mobile app

Dear Support Team,
Would like to ask there was any possibility to allow api from 3rd party auto generate authentication user management to create the Login ID and Password.
For the moment we saw it there got function to allow us to manual import and create the user management, do have any way to allow auto api to auto generate user management.
Specially for Marinetime system to call Ruijie Cloud auto generate authentication user management
