Hi...
We are using some APs at an event and we are having a problem with the WiFi disconnecting devices that become idle after a short period of time, something between 1 and 5 minutes. As we are using Hotspot, every time the device reconnects in the WiFi, the hostpot login screen appears again, requiring to enter the registered email address again. Is there any default idle time setting? If so, where is that?
The network is configured on an RB Mikrotik, DHCP lease is configured for 1h30min. All APs are working for WiFi distribution only.
APs Models: RAP-2260 and RAP-6262.
As long as the device is connected, everything works perfectly.

Good day,
For these types of disconnections, you need to check that the APs are up to date, review the DHCP configuration, verify the captive portal settings, and review the WiFi behavior. In that section, you can find the incidents that have occurred to determine which has been the most frequent incident.
