Hello  

I've had problems with upgrading frimware 3 times now.
Especially for use in mesh mode.

Model: EG105GW(T)
Hardware Version: 1.00
Current Version: ReyeeOS 2.262.0.2301

If I upgrade to ReyeeOS 2.280.0.1713
The RAP2200(E) operating in mesh mode will not be able to distribute IP to any connected devices. Connected via RAP2200(E), it always shows IP as 0.0.0.0.


On ReyeeOS 2.262.0.2301, the settings can be used.

After upgrading ReyeeOS 2.280.0.1713, the values ​​were unable to obtain IP, showing values ​​as 0.0.0.0 on all devices. They were able to successfully connect to wifi, but were unable to connect to the internet or internal network.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day.
Regarding this issue, we'd like to check if the RAP2200(E) is unable to relay the DHCP offer packets from the Router EG105GW(T) .


In this case, may I know if you can help upgrade EG105GW(T) to the ReyeeOS 2.280.0.1713 and check if devices can get ip address by directly connected to the SSID released by EG105GW(T) ? Or this issue only happens when connected to RAP2200E?







we'd like a capture packets file to further check on this issue too. You may download wireshark on laptop and connect to WIFI and start capturing on wireless interface, this could help us locate the root cause here.

hi, i have same problem as above. after upgrade firmware on EG105GW(T), my vlan to ssid on rreyee2200 completely doesn't work. i change to other router, and vlan to ssid working fine, meaning my topology just fine. any advice to fix it or how to rollback to previous firmware? thanks

Hi sir,

Sorry for my late reply.The upgrade time is generally 5-10 minutes, the upgrade process is relatively fast, we need to ensure that there will be no power failure, if the upgrade process fails, it will cause firmware loss, our current solution is to apply for RMA.

Hi sir,

Sorry for my late reply.RMA means when the the hardware issue(firmware damaged orchip of the device is damaged), and this device is under warranty, you cancontact our ASP partner for a new replacement.

or you can create a RMA case via this link:
