Dear sir As we checked log, some STA device offline due to the handshake fail that means clients input the incorrect password so they are rejected by the AP and can not access the network best regards, Ross |
GTAC-Ross replied at 2024-7-17 16:18 Hi Ross, when password is wrong I should receive this type of error: Jul 3 15:15:29: %RSNA-6-DISCONNECT: Client(xxxxx.xxx.xxxx) 4way handshake fail, maybe password not correct. in this case the reason of error seems Jul 17 08:32:58: %STAMG-6-STA_DEL: Client(f4d4.888e.44f5), ipv4(0.0.0.0) notify: leave AP(4881.d4ff.43d0)(Caller: rsna, reason: Wlancfg Change) Thanks Marco |
Mturco84 replied at 2024-7-17 16:25 Dear Marco, In this case,Jul 17 08:32:58: %STAMG-6-STA_DEL: Client(f4d4.888e.44f5), ipv4(0.0.0.0) notify: leave AP(4881.d4ff.43d0)(Caller: rsna, reason: Wlancfg Change). According to troubleshooting blog, It's seems like the STA switches WLAN, logs off and logs on to the old WLAN. You may check the detail error code in this blog. Best regards, Lex |
GTAC-Lex replied at 2024-7-22 16:19 Hi Lex, thanks for the reply and the blog info; in the meantime I discovered that setting protocol from WPA3 to WPA/PWA2 the error disappears. Anyway the client that disconnects is an iphone 14 that supports WPA3. So it's something to investigate with R&D Best Regards Marco |
