Wired Clients not visible on Cloud

Hi, I have some devices wired that are not visible on cloud. I confirm that they have internet traffic and are also present in the arp list of the router but no way to see them on cloud. For example there are some PoS devices that are not visible. The wireless devices are visible Is there a known bug? Thanks Marco |

Dear sir May I confirm the model of your device becaused if there are only NBS or ES switches on the Cloud it may not display all online clients information due to the limitaion of the Switch best regards, Ross |
GTAC-Ross replied at 2024-7-25 23:00 Hi Ross, the switches used in the project are NBS3200-24GT4XS e NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P. But the same switches in another project show 44 devices and of these 17 wired devices. So it seems strange. can you please help to check further causes? Thanks Marco |
