My switch NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P do not connect to the Cloud.

Hi! I have 2 switches NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P that do no connect to Ruijie Cloud. I brought one for testing to verify that the other one was not damaged. It worked correctly in my office, but when I connected it to the project network, only the APs were connected, but the switches showed me no network.  I asked my local support and they tell me that I need to configure some addresses and ports in my firewall to allow the switches to connect to the cloud. And they give me this table.  I entered all the UDP/TCP addresses and ports but I still can't get the switches to connect to the cloud. Can you help me by telling me which are the specific ports and addresses for the NBS switches? Thank you very much. ( > .<)/ |
