Hi which your device model
1. check your device network config
check the dns server is 8.8.8.8, and ping 8.8.8.8 is reachable.
2.if you are Reyee device , please click sytem--> cloud config
3.To check if have firewall in your network. The firewall policy needs to open all ports to the cloud.
Please provide the device model you are looking for and we can provide specific inspection methods for that specific device model.
