Please help us to clarify the issue providing more details about it. Are you trying to configure PPPoE server and add some devices? or what is exactly the problem?

Hello sir, all nbr models.. cannot add ppoe account.. also my ruijie EG3000UE... only option to add pppoe account is via cloud.. but when i go to ppoe account in cloud it says that NO DEVICE..
