您好。

AP无法同步的情况下您可以尝试以下方法进行排障:
1. 在设备上 Ping 8.8.8.8 (Diagnostics→Network tools)检查网络连通性,如果不通请检查设备的网络;
2. 在设备上 Ping ryrcmq.ruijienetworks.com 检查设备与云的连通性, 如果无法联通请确认网络中是否有防火墙阻塞;
3.检查设备的 Local DNS(Advanced→DNS),将其更改为为 8.8.8.8;
4.将设备的 Cloud Server (System→Cloud Service)更改为 其它区域的云服务器,保存10s后再更改回正确的区域。
