Hello,

This device supports cloud management. You can add it to your project as long as it can access the internet and the configuration is correct. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Make sure the SN is correct when adding the device to the cloud. You can check it by login into the WEB of the device.







2. Ping 8.8.8.8 to check if it can access the internet.




If the ping fails, check if the connection in the WAN port is correct.


3. Ping "ehrrcmq.ruijienetworks.com" to
check if the device can access cloud service.


If the domain cannot be pinged, set the local DNS to 8.8.8.8 and try again.
