Dear user, From your description, I gather that you cannot create tunnel to the eweb of your switches from the cloud. Is that correct? May I ask the model of your switch? Models like ES series does not support tunnel creation, therefore if there is only ES models in the project you could not create tunnel for them. You will need a master device like Reyee EG or RAP that supports tunnel creation in the project to access the eweb of the ES switch from the cloud. If there are devices that support tunnel creation in your project, please check if you have devices like a firewall in your network that block the traffic to 34.142.173.36 and 34.143.190.78. |
