From the Network Hawkeyes, I saw the high traffic used as above . But when I go to the AP devices to check the user list, it is showing me empty and no data used ???!!!!! What situation is causing this to happen? I trying to restart the AP, it is still showing the high traffic usage again. |
Hi, may i confirm that whether ap working well and can users get internet normally? Could you log into uplink device and AP to check CPU/ memory, port traffic, and abnormal log? We need mor detail to locate the problem. |
