Dear sir,
Good day.
May I know if your devices are on the Ruijie Cloud? If so, you can configure it this way:
1. Click here to add Vlans for your guest SSID
2. Configure guest SSID and apply the vlan you just created

3. Fill all the parameter and then select the VLAN to Other Vlan, then fill the VLAN ID.
That's all.

Best regards,
Lex

Dear Lex,

Thanks for the update.

Dear Allen,

From your screenshots, the VLAN2 is using the static IP mode instead of a DHCP pool. Have you configured the static IP on the client device that connect to VLAN2? Could you test if the client device can ping the AP after connecting to the VLAN2?

Dear sir,
Good day.
You changed the DHCP configuration for VLAN 2 and it's working, right?

Best regards,
Lex

Hi  LEX,

my network : 172.17.1.0/24

Dear sir,
Good day.

Could you show me this page again?  You need to enable DHCP function for Vlan 2 so that the AP will distribute IPs to the clients.
Is your device on the Ruijie Cloud? If so you can share me your cloud project and let me check it for u.
Best regards,
Lex
