I keep getting this error on some of my Ruijie's that I use as access points. I tried everything I can think of but no luck what can It be since it is only on some of my ap's |

Dear sir 1. What device is connected to the WAN port of EW? If the PC is connected to that device, can it get Internet access? 2. Can the user access the Internet normally when accessing EW? 3. Can EW ping8.8.8.8? If you can ping, you can try to set the local dns to 8.8.8.8 |
GTAC-Joy replied at 2023-10-30 23:32 1. Wan port is connected to a point to point wich is connected to a 4g router. 2. Yes user can acces internet if use cable that is pluged into wan port. 3. Already changed dns to 8.8.8.8 same error |

This message will pop up if the upstream device has enabled authentication like captive portal or allowlist. And you may also try amend the DNS of the router as 8.8.8.8 to see if it works.
