wifi icon not show on Iphone after client connected

Edited by diem.hua@truongtin.net at 2024-12-11 20:22 Hi Team, Please check my attached file we have more iphone connected rujie AP but cannot access internet and wifi icon not show Android phone works good,this issue only have on Iphone I use two AP inclue : RAP2200(F) and RAP2200(E) AP frimwave : ReyeeOS 2.260.0.1329 I try to upgrade 1 AP to newest firmwave , issue still cannot fix How can I fix this issue ? Thanks for your help  |

Hello, If the Iphone is connected and the Internet is normal, please contact the iPhone engineer or consult on the iPhone website and the community. Our device will not control your phone display page or icon. Best regards, Micca |
GTAC-Micca replied at 2024-12-11 20:28 Hi Team, Thanks for your reply I try to give you more details 1) we have 4-5 IPhone have same issue 2) after the iphone enter wifi password, the screen dont show wifi icon and iphone don't have wifi connect and internet access 3) these iphone can connect another AP and have internet access We try to reboot AP more times but issue cannot fix Thanks |
