We had a few RAP 2200F Access Points deployed on one of our client sites. We used a EG-105G as the AC to manage all the AP. Everything was working smoothly until one day one of the AP suddenly stopped working. We can't ping it locally nor can we access its web interface. I can see that the access point is being recorded by the MAC Table on our POE Switch. We tried to restart the POE switch and the MAC Address of that AP still shows. We also checked our router and the DHCP IP Address reserved for that AP is being renewed everyday. Attached to this are my screenshots while using Wireshark to conduct a deep dive on the behavior of the AP. |
