Good Day,
I have a EG210G-P at a client that keeps rebooting. I even went as far as replacing the router with the same model and it does the exact same thing.
We downgraded the firmware version from ReyeeOS 2.340.0.1508 to ReyeeOS 2.283.0.1904 to see if that would help.
I checked the power and everything that could affect it but that was all ok.

Dear sir

You can try to unplug and replug your power cable to test whether it can work.

I just ended up replacing the EG210 with a EG305 router and so far its been running fine.

Hi GTAC-Jenny,
The site which i replaced the RG210G-P with a EG305 is working fine with no random reboots.
However i now have two other site random rebooting every day at random times and both sites have RG210G-P.
There is clearly something wrong with the firmware for the RG210G-P.
Firmware versions on both ReyeeOS 2.340.0.1508.
We have downgraded firmware with the same result. Replaced power supplies, move power points etc and still random reboots.
Can your Ruijie/Reyee please look into this issue please.

Hello,

The R&D team is addressing the issue of restart.
If this issue affects your network, you can downgrade the version to R280 first. Then observe again.

Thank you for the quick reply. With the first router, i did downgrade it and the reboots still happened, so i just replaced the router with a RG 305. But i will downgrade the other site that currently having the same issue.
