Fault description: Hardware information fails to be collected after the SMP service is newly deployed, as shown in the following figure.  Solution: Install the patch (Release Notes for RG-SMP_2.63_EN_Build20151106 to rectify this fault. Ensure that all files are replaced. Otherwise, a license error will occur. In addition, install relevant patches.  |
