How to block all websites/URL on an Access Point but allow certain URL to be accessible at the same time?

I want to have a walled garden setup on my Access Point by restricting the users connected to the Wi-Fi/SSID to access only one website/URL. It means that all websites like google.com, youtube.com, and etc. are blocked or can't accessible. Can you help me? My Access Point specs: System description : Ruijie indoor AP520(W2) (802.11a/n/ac and 802.11b/g/n) By Ruijie Networks.
