How to backup and restore the MySQL database of SNC? |

The SNC database is saved in the database folder under the SNC installation directory, but not in the MySQL installation directory. Disable the SNC Service first, backup the entire database folder under the SNC installation directory, and replace the original database folder for restoration. Note: Ensure that the versions of the SNCs are the same. For example, the database saved on SNC_2.30(p2)_EN_Build2015121 can be restored only to RG-SNC_2.30(p2)_EN_Build20151211. |
