Reyee Device: 1. Find the reset button behind the device. 2. Press the reset button for 10 seconds 3. Bind your device with new account. Ruijie AP (Only supported on Ruijie Enterprise APs, ACs and switches, other Ruijie devices plz refer to TAC team for help) 1. Choose "device unbinding" on cloud 2. Enter the SN of the device and get the URL by clicking Get URL 3. Enter the CLI interface of the device through the console, and use the following commands to modify: #config #cwmp #acs url(the url you got in the step above) When the URL modification is completed, it will display Unbind succeeded in the unbind list. |
