What is the correct way to configure AC and AP

Hi,
For my current situation, I have 45 AP (Access Point Ruijie RG-AP840 - I) that already been plugged into the network and 2 AC (Access Controller Ruijie RG - WS6008). I'm having trouble connecting AP with the AC through the AC interface as the AC does not appear in the Ruijie Cloud. I've followed the procedure in technical documentation and it still doesn't solve my problem. My questions are:-

1. What is the correct step to configure the AC? Is it connecting 2 AC with each other then connect AP to it or establish a connection with the internet with the AC first
2. How to establish a connection between APs and ACs?
3. When to connect the AP to AC? Is it after AC has the internet or after both AC connected with each other.
4. Do I need to configure anything with the switch (from other manufacture)

Thank you for your cooperation.
