NBS3200 very loud fan.

Can i slow down the speed of fan because it is very loud. At the Technical Specifications writing "support adaptive speed adjust" what is that mean ? How can i adapt the fan speed ? |

Dear sir support adaptive speed adjust means The switch adjusts the fan speed based on the connected devices. The more connected devices, the greater the load on the switch, which means the faster the fan speed is required to adjust the switch temperature best regarads, Ross |
GTAC-Ross replied at 2024-2-6 09:25 OK. What can i do if the speed of fan without any devices connected are at full speed ? It is very serious problem, i cant sell it , my client wants me to take it back What can i say and what can you say ?
