Please perform the following steps: a) Make sure the EG is online on Ruijie Cloud.  b) Create the portal template and click the “Synchronize”.  c) Choose the portal template and click “OK” to sync the portal to EG.  d) Enter the eWeb of EG, then enable the “Local Server Auth” and “Auth Integration with Cloud”.  Note: You need to add a policy and set the IP range which need the authentication. e) Wait 2 mins, then check the portal template have synced to the EG.  On Cloud, the status of catptive portal shows the date when last synchorized.  f) Create the voucher code on Ruijie Cloud and check all the vouchers have been synced to the EG.  g) The connected users in IP range which need the authentication will get the portal page. They can access the internet after input the correct voucher code in this page.  |
