why can't ap get ip address?

AP530-I , when it is in fat mode, sta cannot obtain the ip address , and can not ping the management vlan of APsuccessfully.

You may refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:

1.        Check the configurations of ap ,to find whether ssid associates with the correct vlan or not.
2.        Configure a management address , and check whether it can ping the gateway successfully or not.
3.        Configure a ip address in the ap manually ,and check whether it can ping the gateway successfully or not.
4.        Make sure the configuration in the dhcp pool is correct
5.        Check whether the ip address is exhausted or not.
6.        Check whether the dhcp message is filtered or not（like open the function of ip dhcp snooping but no configuration of trust interface）
7.        If there are several ssid ,check whether encapsulate the corresponding vlan in the physical sub interface or not.
8.        Check whether the signal strength is too weak or not.
9.        Update NIC driver

2. Go to "General" category, it may involve your IP address
