Switch is not turning into cloud.

I have 2 switches 2 x RG-ES226GC-P and we connected into our network and its seems good for network traffic but the problem is the switch is not able to access through cloud & its showing offline since its connected into internet.We manually added IP but through that IP its not able to access or its not pinging but still we can access the switch through the default IP (10.44.77.200)

--You mean use the manually set static ip address cannot access its web? Did you set gateway ip address hen you set ip address on the switch?

2) For access through, if the network only ES switch , you cannot use cloud to access its web page even it is online.


Because the ES switch does not support create tunnel by itself on cloud.
