Not seeing clients in cloud

Hi I have just created my first project with my first EW1200 wireless router.

When I log on to the router I can see the clients, but not when I look on the cloud.

I there something I need to set on the router to show this info?

Just for interest sake I can see the clients on the mobile app when looking under the project but not on the web UI

Did you check whether the EW1200 have been in latest firmware？

Yes Firmware is up to date as inicated in images, I am running behind Mikrotik Nat incase this might be a problem, but I doubt it as the android ap is working and getting its info from the cloud server. Also the webCLI and tunnels and telnet etc are working, and I can see the associated clients in the CLI so the NAT shouldn't be a problem.
