Captive portal is not showing when user tries to connect my SSID

My device is following:
EG105G-P-V2


Here is how I tried to enable captive portal to my SSID.
  • Created a SSID by assigning VLAN port 10
  • I created a Captive Portal by going Authentication -> Captive Portal -> Add and Save
  • On the page https://cloud-as.ruijienetworks.com/admin3, Monitoring -> Device -> Gateway -> Opened SN
  • Config -> Cloud Portal Auth
  • Enabled Auth and Clocked Add
  • Network = VLAN10 and selected my Captive Portal then Clicked Save and Again Save
  • Back to Configuration -> Authentication -> Captive Portal
  • Click on Synchronize
    • My Captive portal is not synchronized. Hence, I clicked on my captive portal clock icon and clicked Ok for Sync the portal to EG.

I did all the above steps but captive portal is not synchronized and not working.
Did I miss anything?
