How to manually enable website?

I've added some websites from the list of existing group in Behaviour -> App Control -> Blocked App but this is blocking some needed websites like, AWS Console.

Hence, I would like to enable it manually.

How to do that?

I think this option is to disable a particular app/website. I want to enable particular app. Is there any option?

Let's say, I have checked all social media to disable. But from there I want to add list of website to enable.

Yes,
Let's say, I disabled Shopping list. When I tried to use AWS console it, disabled because *.amazon is already in Shopping list.
Now, instead of going back and disabling from there (It's kind of cumbersome for me), I want to create must enable list and apply from there.
